6-8 pieces of bone-in chicken, legs and thighs
2 tsp. Kinder’s Garlic & Herb w/ Sea Salt & Lemon Seasoning
Step 1
Coat chicken pieces evenly with Kinder’s Garlic & Herb w/ Sea Salt & Lemon Seasoning.
Step 2
Preheat outdoor gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat (400 – 425°F), set up for indirect cooking with 2 heat zones.
Step 3
Place chicken on direct heat, cook on hot side for about 10 minutes or until desired char is reached. Move chicken to cooler zone and cook until internal temp is at 165.
Step 4
Remove from grill and let chicken rest 10-15 minutes before serving.
