1/2 tsp Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning
18 egg whites
1 cup spinach
1 cup Kinder’s Brown Sugar Bacon, crumbled
1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup feta cheese
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
Lightly grease a muffin tin. Note: Recipe set for 12 cup muffin tin. If you have a 6 cup muffin tin, cut ingredients totals in half.
Whisk together the egg whites and Kinder’s the Blend Seasoning.
Divide the spinach across the 12 muffin tin cups.
Top with cherry tomatoes evenly.
Fill the cups with egg white mixture, almost to the top.
Top with bacon crumbles and feta cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the whites have set and the edges start to brown.
Remove and let cool before serving, and enjoy. Also a great option to make ahead of time and have as a breakfast on the go or even freeze!
