1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Seasoning
4 tortilla wraps
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
8 strips bacon, cooked & chopped
2 roma tomatoes, washed & diced
1 cup romaine lettuce, washed & chopped
1/2 cup ranch dressing
Season both sides of chicken breasts with Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Seasoning and place in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Remove chicken from the refrigerator and allow to get to room temperature before cooking.
Grill on high heat for 3 minutes per side, then move to indirect heat and continue cooking until the internal temp is 165°F. Set aside to cool.
Heat tortilla wraps for 1 -2 minutes.
Cut chicken into strips and evenly distribute between the four tortillas. Fill with bacon, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and ranch dressing. Roll up and serve with a little extra ranch dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
