Kinder’s Buttery Poultry Rubbed White Fish Fillets

Ingredients

2 orange roughy fillets (or other white fish)

1 tsp. Kinder’s Buttery Poultry Rub

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse orange roughy fillets in cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 2

Season each side of fish fillets with Kinder’s Buttery Poultry Rub.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in skillet on high heat. Once pan is hot, add fish fillets to skillet and cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from skillet and serve immediately with your favorites sides and some lemon wedges.
