1 head of cauliflower
2 tbsp oil
1.5 tbsp Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Rub
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 oz cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup cheddar/jack blend, shredded (or cheese of your choice)
Optional: 4 cooked bacon strips & grease
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into bite sized florets.
Step 3
Toss bites in oil to coat, season with Buttery Steakhouse.
Step 4
Bake for 20 min.
Step 5
While Cauliflower is baking, melt butter in sauce pan on medium low heat.
Step 6
Add cream cheese and stir until well blended and creamy. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Step 7
Add heavy whipping cream and stir until evenly mixed.
Step 8
Drop heat to low and add shredded cheese until mixture is even in consistency.
Step 9
Optional: Crumble cooked bacon into sauce and add a bit of grease for a deeper flavor.
Step 10
Pour cheese sauce over florets as a side dish, or use florets to dip in cheese sauce as a great low carb snack and enjoy!
