4 butterflied chicken breasts or 8 cutlets
4 heads of romaine lettuce
2 large tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 large avocado
2 tbsp Kinder’s Butcher’s BBQ Blend
1/2 cup of Kinder’s Mild BBQ Sauce
1 cup ranch dressing
Season chicken all over with Kinder’s Butcher’s BBQ Blend – now available in Walmart locations!
Grill chicken until internal temp reaches 165 degrees (approximately 8-10 min). Set aside once cooked.
Chop up romaine into 1 inch thick pieces and place in large bowl.
Slice tomatoes and cucumbers into halved slices and set aside.
Quarter avocados and thing slice each quarter.
Mix ranch and Kinder’s Mild BBQ sauce together to dress the salad.
Build the salads: Bed of romaine, add tomatoes and cucumbers, layer on cheese and avocado slices. Top with grilled chicken and a generous drizzle of the BBQ ranch sauce. Enjoy!
