Kinder’s BBQ Chicken Salad


4 butterflied chicken breasts or 8 cutlets

4 heads of romaine lettuce

2 large tomatoes

1 cucumber

1 Cup shredded cheddar

1 large avocado

2 Tbsp Kinder’s Butcher’s BBQ Blend

1/2 Cup of Kinder’s Mild BBQ Sauce

1 Cup ranch dressing


Step 1

Season chicken all over with Kinder’s Butcher’s BBQ Blend – now available in Walmart locations!

Step 2

Grill chicken until internal temp reaches 165°F (approximately 8-10 min). Set aside once cooked.

Step 3

Chop up romaine into 1 inch thick pieces and place in large bowl.

Step 4

Slice tomatoes and cucumbers into halved slices and set aside.

Step 5

Quarter avocados and thing slice each quarter.

Step 6

Mix ranch and Kinder’s Mild BBQ sauce together to dress the salad.

Step 7

Build the salads: Bed of romaine, add tomatoes and cucumbers, layer on cheese and avocado slices. Top with grilled chicken and a generous drizzle of the BBQ ranch sauce. Enjoy!
