Kinder’s Avocado Toast


4 slices Sourdough bread

2 large avocados

4 eggs

1 tsp Kinder’s Cali’s Blackened Rub


Step 1

Toast sourdough to preferred doneness. If too large for toaster, toast for 5-7 minutes in oven at 400°F.

Step 2

Slice 2 large avocados into small mixing bowl and mash together with fork.

Step 3

Preheat medium-sized skillet over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp oil.

Step 4

Once frying pan is ready, crack 2 eggs into pan, attempting to keep them separate. If egg whites connect, simply cut apart with spatula before removing from pan.

Step 5

Season each egg with 1/4 tsp Blackened Seasoning and cook about 2 minutes, or until the whites are firmed but the yolk is still runny. For a more well done yolk, cook additional minute or two until desired doneness.

Step 6

Spread avocado mash evenly over all 4 slices of toast, and top each with a fried egg and enjoy!
