Keto Friendly BBQ Bacon Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef (we like 85% lean)

2 tsp. Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning

½ Cup almond flour

2 eggs

¼ Cup diced yellow onion

¼ Cup Kinder’s Zero Sugar Original BBQ Sauce

½ Cup shredded cheese, such as cheddar and jack

2 oz. cooked bacon, chopped (about 8 slices)

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2

In a large bowl, add the beef, onion, almond flour, eggs, 2 Tbsp Kinder’s Zero Sugar BBQ Sauce, 2 tsp Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning, ¼ Cup cheese and bacon (optional). Mix until combined.

Step 3

Spray loaf pan with oil. Place the mixture into pan. Pat down evenly. (It helps to wet your hands to create a smooth even surface.)

Step 4

Cover pan with foil and cook in oven for 35-40 minutes.

Step 5

Remove from the oven and carefully remove foil, let rest for 2 minutes.

Step 6

Spread remaining BBQ sauce over the top and cover with remaining cheese.

Step 7

Place back in the oven uncovered until the cheese is melted.

Step 8

Pull from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes. (garnish with parsley if desired)

Step 9

Once meat loaf is cool enough to handle, slice and serve warm.
