2-3 lbs. chicken, thighs and drums with skin
4 tsp. Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Rub
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1 cup almond flour
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
6 cups cauliflower, washed and chopped
2 tbsp. Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp. butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated
8 ounces cream cheese
3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp. The Blend Seasoning
4 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/3 cups almond flour
2 tbsp. butter
Add 2 inches of oil to a large pot over medium heat. Heat the oil to 350ºF, and frequently monitor to maintain the temperature by adjusting the heat accordingly, during frying.
In a mixing bowl, add eggs and heavy whipping cream. Whisk until well mixed.
In another bowl, mix together the almond flour, parmesan cheese and Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Rub.
Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel. Coat each piece of chicken first in the egg batter and then in the breading. Be sure to coat all sides of the chicken thoroughly. Shake off excess breading and set aside until all chicken pieces are prepared for frying.
Place chicken pieces into pan slowly. Fry chicken until pieces turn golden brown or cooked thoroughly, approximately 5-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF. Remove from frying pan and place on paper towels to remove excess grease. You will want to work in batches to avoid overcrowding in the frying pan.

Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Be sure to have enough water to cover the cauliflower once it’s added.
Once water comes to a boil, add cauliflower and boil for an additional 15 minutes, or until tender.
Drain cauliflower with a strainer and pour into food processor.
In a medium sauce pan, heat butter, garlic and Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Rub on medium heat.
Pour melted butter sauce into food processor and pulse several times to mix together.
Add heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese into food processor, and blend until creamy and smooth.
Serve warm and Enjoy!
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Spray a 12 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray.
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, melt the cream cheese and the mozzarella cheese together. Stir frequently until smooth and melted. Remove from stove.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted cheese, eggs, baking powder, almond flour and Kinder’s Blend Seasoning. Mix until smooth. Let rest for 10-20 minutes.
Using a large spoon or ice-cream scoop, scoop the dough and place in the skillet. Place skillet in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Remove skillet from the refrigerator and bake in oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
