Japanese BBQ Salmon


1 2pound King Salmon filet, skin on

4 tablespoons Japanese BBQ Rub

2 tablespoons cooking oil

  1. Ensure Salmon filet is completely dry. Pat fillet with a towel to get excess moisture off.  
  2. Sesaon skin side with 1 T of seasoning, flip, and season top side with remaining rub.  
  3. Warm up grill to medium heat, and allow salmon to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  
  4. Apply oil to both sides of salmon,  and place skin side down and cook, not on direct heat, for 10 minutes. Flip, utilizing large spatula, and cook an additional 5 minutes.  
  5. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
