2-3 lbs. pork shoulder, cut into 2 inch cubes
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cups Kinder’s Sweet & Spicy Teriyaki Sauce
Step 1
Turn Instant Pot to Saute and place in 2. tbsp of olive oil.
Step 2
Place the pork into the Instant Pot, searing 2-3 minutes each side, browning the meat.
Step 3
Turn off Instant Pot.
Step 4
Add 1 cup of Kinder’s Sweet & Spicy Teriyaki Sauce.
Step 5
Place the lid on the Instant Pot, with the steam valve closed.
Step 6
Set Instant Pot to Pressure Cook on High. Set for 35 minutes.
Step 7
When time expires, allow Instant Pot to naturally release, about 15-20 minutes.
Step 8
Open steam valve to release steam, open lid and remove pork to a large bowl. Discard any liquid from Instant Pot.
Step 9
Shred meat with two forks. Add 1 cup of Kinder’s Sweet & Spicy Teriyaki Sauce. Return pork to Instant Pot and set to warm until ready to serve. Enjoy!
