5 medium avocados
1/2 red onion, minced
2 jalapeños, minced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
3 limes (zest 2 over avocado)
1.5 tablespoons The Blend Seasoning
Peel avocados, and chop “roughly” and place in mixing bowl.
Zest 2 limes over avocados, then juice limes over the avocados as well.
Chop cilantro, mince onion, and seed and mince jalapeno and add to bowl.
Season with The Blend and, utilizing spatula, mix to combine.
Serve with tortilla chips, your favorite salsa, and margaritas.
