Guacamole with Roasted Garlic Salt


3 Ripe Avocados

1 tsp. Organic Roasted Garlic Salt

2 large Roma tomatoes, seeds removed and diced

1 lime

½ white onion, diced

1 jalapeno, finely chopped (remove seeds first)

3-4 Tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped

1 1/2 Tbsp. grated or crumbled cheese such as parmesan or cotija


Step 1

Remove skin and pit of 3 ripe avocados and add to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Zest 1 large lime over the bowl, then squeeze and juices of the lime. Using the back of a fork, smash avocados and mix to your desired consistency.

Step 3

Add the Roasted Garlic Salt, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeno and onions to the bowl and mix until evenly blended

Step 4

Transfer to a serving bowl. garnish with cheese and/or additional cilantro or jalapeno if desired.

Step 5

Serve with chips or with tacos, nachos etc. Enjoy!
