Grilled Teriyaki Tofu Kabobs


1 16oz. Package of firm tofu, drained

1 pineapple

3 bell peppers

1 red onion

1 bottle of Kinder’s Teriyaki Marinade



Step 1

Cube tofu, pineapple, and bell pepper, and onion into equal sizes and add to large bowl

Step 2

Add ½ a bottle of Kinder’s Teriyaki Marinade to bowl and mix until all ingredients are evenly coated. Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to 24 hours

Step 3

Skewer ingredients, alternating tofu, pineapple, bell pepper

Step 4

Set up grill for medium-high heat (about 400°F)

Step 5

Butcher’s tip: if using wood skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before skewering and grilling ingredients.

Step 6

Flip skewers every 5 minutes until desired doneness is reached, about 15 minutes
