Grilled T-Bone Steak with Smoked Onion & Jalapeno


1 24 oz T-Bone Steak

2 tablespoons cooking oil

3 tablespoons Kinder’s Smoked Onion & Jalapeno Rub


  1. Rub steak with oil, and season evenly both sides of steak and allow to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.  
  2. Pre-heat grill. 
  3. Place steak over medium, indirect heat. Flip every 2 minutes and allow to cook for 12-20 minutes or until you get an internal reading of 130F for a nice medium doneness.  
  4. Allow to rest for 15 minutes to allow juices to redistribute before slicing and serving.
