Rub steak with oil, and season evenly both sides of steak and allow to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Pre-heat grill.
Place steak over medium, indirect heat. Flip every 2 minutes and allow to cook for 12-20 minutes or until you get an internal reading of 130F for a nice medium doneness.
Allow to rest for 15 minutes to allow juices to redistribute before slicing and serving.
