Grilled Sweet Corn with Cuban Seasoning


4 ears sweet corn

2 tablespoons cooking oil

4 tablespoons Kinder’s The Cuban Blend Rub

4 tablespoons Cotija cheese

Chopped cilantro, optional

  1. Coat ears of corn evenly with oil and season with Cuban seasoning. 
  2. Grill over medium heat rotating often to discourage burning.  
  3. Allow to cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until corn is caramelized, tender, and delicious.  
  4. Transfer to a platter and garnish with cotija cheese and chopped cilantro.
