Grilled Summer Squash with The Seafood Blend


3 medium summer squash, sliced into rounds

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Kinder’s The Seafood Blend

Finely grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Parsley, finely chopped (optional)


Step 1

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Step 2

Toss summer squash rounds with olive oil and generously sprinkle with The Seafood Blend.

Step 3

Grill squash 3-5 minutes per side.

Step 4

Remove from the grill and top with Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
