Grilled Salmon Fillets with The Seafood Blend


4 5-6 oz. salmon fillets, about 1/2-3/4 inch thick

Oil (olive or vegetable oil preferred), for fish & brushing grill grate

Kinder’s The Seafood Blend


Step 1

Pat fish dry and brush each salmon fillet with oil and generously season with The Seafood Blend.

Step 2

Preheat grill to medium high heat. Once grill is hot, clean and oil the grill grate well to prevent sticking.

Step 3

Place fillets skin side up and cook for about 3 minutes or until browned.

Step 4

Gently flip the fish, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes or until desired doneness. Salmon can be cooked to medium rare or firmer, depending on preference.
