Grilled Ribeye


Double Cut Ribeye, approximately 2 lbs.

The Blend Seasoning


Step 1

Blot steak dry and season generously with The Blend Seasoning and let it sit at room temperature for 40 minutes.

Step 2

Set up your grill for direct & indirect grilling.

Step 3

Preheat grill to medium-high heat to 450º F.

Step 4

Grill Ribeye for 3 minutes per side over direct heat.

Step 5

Move steak over to the indirect heat side of the grill.

Step 6

Turn steak every 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches your desired level of done-ness.

Step 7

Remember that the steak will continue to cook after it is pulled of the BBQ. We like to pull steak off at about 125°F, and let it rest until it reaches 130 F for medium rare..

Step 8

Remove steak from grill and let rest, covered with foil for 5-10 minutes before slicing & serving. Enjoy!
