Double Cut Ribeye, approximately 2 lbs.
The Blend Seasoning
Blot steak dry and season generously with The Blend Seasoning and let it sit at room temperature for 40 minutes.
Set up your grill for direct & indirect grilling.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat to 450º F.
Grill Ribeye for 3 minutes per side over direct heat.
Move steak over to the indirect heat side of the grill.
Turn steak every 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches your desired level of done-ness.
Remember that the steak will continue to cook after it is pulled of the BBQ. We like to pull steak off at about 125 degrees, and let it rest until it reaches 130 F for medium rare..
Remove steak from grill and let rest, covered with foil for 5-10 minutes before slicing & serving. Enjoy!
