Grilled NY Strip with Mesquite Salt & Pepper


2 12oz NY Strip steaks

2 tablespoons Kinder’s Mesquite Salt & Pepper seasoning

2 tablespoons cooking oil

  1. Season both sides of steaks evenly with Kinder’s Mesquite Salt & Pepper.  
  2. Warm up grill and allow steaks  to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  
  3. Coat steaks evenly with oil. 
  4. Grill evenly on both sides, not over direct heat, and allow to lighlty char.  
  5. Flip every 2 minutes, to ensure even cooking and cook steak to internal temperature of 130F for Medium doneness. 
  6. Allow steak to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
