2 12oz. NY Strip Steaks
2 tablespoons Santa Maria Rub
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Season both sides of steaks evenly with Santa Maria Rub.
Warm up grill and allow steaks to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Coat steaks evenly with oil.
Grill evenly on both sides, not over direct heat, and allow to lightly char.
Flip ½ way through and cook steak to internal temperature of 130F for medium doneness.
Allow steak to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
