Grilled Flank Steak with Chile Verde


2 lb flank steak

2 Tbsp cooking oil

4 Tbsp Kinder’s Chile Verde Rub

  1. Preheat grill. 
  2. Apply, evenly, cooking oil to both side of flank. Steak. 
  3. Season both sides evenly with chili verde seasoning. 
  4. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  
  5. Grill on both sides over medium high heat flipping every 2 minutes or so.  
  6. Cook for 15 -20 minutes or until internal temperature is 130°F for an exceptional medium temperature.  
  7. Allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing, thinly, across grain.
