5 Chicken Breast Tenderloins
1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Kinder’s The Seafood Blend Rub
1 head Romaine lettuce, washed, quartered and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 half lemon (for squeezing over the chopped Romaine lettuce)
Optional: Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning
Optional: Croutons for garnish
Optional: grated Parmesan cheese
Step 1
Season 5 chicken breast tenderloins with Kinder’s The Seafood Blend Rub
Step 2
Grill on high heat until internal temp is 165°F. Set aside and cover with foil.
Step 3
Wash one head Romaine lettuce, dry and cut into 1 inch pieces.
Step 4
Squeeze lemon juice over chopped lettuce and toss to coat.
Step 5
Toss lettuce in favorite Caesar dressing.
Step 6
Optional: Sprinkle The Blend Seasoning over salad.
Step 7
Optional: Top with croutons and/or Parmesan cheese if desired.
Step 8
Slice chicken tenderloins and lay across salad.
