Ingredients

  • 1 loaf fresh ciabatta bread (or baguette)

  • ½ Cup Kinder’s Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce

  • ½ Cup finely grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • ¼ Cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped (separated)

Instructions

  1. Turn your oven on to the broil setting and position the oven rack about 12 inches below the broiler. Let your oven heat while you prep your garlic bread.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine Kinder’s Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce, parmesan, garlic, and  of fresh parsley.

  3. Place the bread on a cutting board and slice the loaf in half lengthwise using a serrated knife.

  4. With the cut sides facing upwards, spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over both halves of the bread aiming for full edge-to-edge coverage.

  5. Place on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet and broil for 2 minutes. Then, carefully rotate the pan 180 degrees and broil for another 2 minutes.

  6. Continue broiling in 2-minute intervals, checking frequently, until the bread is golden brown and lightly caramelized—typically 6 to 8 minutes in total. Since oven temperatures vary, keep a close eye to prevent burning.

  7. Remove the bread from the oven and transfer it to a cutting board. While still hot, sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese over the top.

  8. Slice into 2- to 3-inch strips, garnish with the remaining parsley, and serve immediately.
