Set up your grill for direct & indirect cooking.
Put the sausages on the grill over indirect heat. Cook for about fifteen minutes, flipping halfway through.
Check the sausage temperature, it should be 160 F. If not, cook until that temperature has been reached.
Move sausages over direct heat and grill for approximately 2 minutes per side, to brown.
Remove from the grill and enjoy with BBQ sauce of your choice.
Optional additional topping: Grill 2 red and 2 yellow bell peppers, sliced in half, seeds and ribs removed and two onions sliced into rings. Brush with oil and season generously with The Blend or seasoning of your choice. Grill until softened and slice.
