1 pork shoulder (about 4 pounds), cut into 2-3 inch cubed
Kinder’s The Blend
1 cup Kinder’s Mild BBQ Sauce
1 cup water or chicken broth
Step 1
Season pork shoulder cubes with Kinder’s The Blend on all sides
Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat, brown pork on all sides
Step 3
Add pork shoulder to crock pot with Kinder’s Mild BBQ Sauce and water or broth
Step 4
Cook on high until shoulder easy shreds with a fork – about 5 or 6 hours
Step 5
Remove the pork and shred using two forks
Step 6
Add shredded pork back into slow cooker and stir in juices
