Creamy Taco Dip

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef

4 oz. cream cheese

1 cup pico de gallo

1 tsp. Kinder’s Mild BBQ Rub

1/2 tsp. Kinder’s Tequila Lime Rub

4 oz. shredded Mexican cheese

1 bag tortilla chips

Cooking Spray

1/4 cup sour cream

favorite hot sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray a baking dish or skillet with cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2

Brown the beef in a skillet, on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Once the meat is browned, add the cream cheese, pico de gallo, Kinder’s Mild BBQ Rub and Kinder’s Tequila Lime Rub. Continue to stir until the cheese melts and the mixture begins to bubble.

Step 3

Spread mixture evenly into baking dish or skillet and top with the shredded Mexican cheese. Bake in oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and starting to brown.

Step 4

Transfer to serving dish, top with sour cream and favorite hot sauce and serve with chips for dipping. Enjoy!
