Chile Verde Instant Pot Stew

Ingredients

1.5 lb pork shoulder, cut into 1″ pieces

1/2 Cup chicken stock

1 16oz. jar green salso

4 Tbsp Kinder’s Chile Verde Rub

Instructions
  1. Add pork and Kinder’s Chili Verde Rub to Instant Pot. Toss to coat pork.  
  2.  Add stock and salsa.  
  3. Cook on high for 35-45 minutes.  
  4. Release pressure and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
