Chicken Quarters with Red Jalapeño Garlic


4 chicken quarters

2 tablespoons cooking oil

3 tablespoons Kinder’s Red Jalapeño Garlic Seasoning

  1. Pre-heat grill to medium heat 
  2. Coat chicken thighs evenly in oil and evenly apply seasoning to both sides. Transfer to a tray.  
  3. Allow to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.  
  4. Place on grill and allow to cook approximately 2 min before flipping. Repeat process 2 times for a total of 8 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165F is reached.
