2 lbs. 80/20 ground beef
8 teaspoons Kinder’s Caramelized Onion Burger Seasoning
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Step 1
Portion burgers into 4 even patties.
Step 2
Evenly distribute Caramelized Onion Burger Seasoning to both sides of burger, 1 teaspoon per side.
Step 3
Allow to marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Step 4
Warm up grill.
Step 5
Grill on both sides for approximately 5 minutes per side over medium direct heat.
Step 6
Cook to internal temperature of 140F.
Step 7
Serve with your favorite buns, sides, and condiments.
