1 and 1/3 lbs. 80/20 ground beef
4 teaspoons Buttery Steakhouse Rub
2 tablespoons cooking oil
For secret sauce: 1/3 cup mayonnaise
For secret sauce: 1 tablespoons ketchup
For secret sauce: 1 tablespoon mustard
For secret sauce: 2 teaspoons Buttery Steakhouse Rub
Portion burgers into 4 even patties.
Evenly distribute Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning to both sides of burger, ½ teaspoon per side.
Allow to marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Combine all “secret sauce” ingredients in mixing bowl and mix to combine. Reserve
Warm up grill.
Grill on both sides for approximately 5 minutes per side over medium direct heat.
Cook to internal temperature of 140F.
Serve with your favorite buns, sides, and secret sauce.
