2-3 onions chopped – about 2 cups
8 celery stalks, diced
3/4 cup butter
2 Tablespoons Buttery Steakhouse Rub
12 cups toasted bread cubes
1 bunch of parsley, leaves finely chopped
3-4 cups chicken broth
black pepper to taste
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, celery and cook until softened but not browned. Add Buttery Steakhouse Rub and stir to combine.
Step 3
Place bread cubes in a large bowl and combine with onion and celery mixture.
Step 4
Pour 3 cups of broth over bread cubes and gently mix. If dry, you can add additional broth until desired texture is reached.
Step 5
Taste for seasoning, adding more Buttery Steakhouse Rub and pepper as desired.
Step 6
Place mixture in oven safe dish. Cover and bake for about 35 minutes.
Step 7
Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown on top. Enjoy!
