1 Pork loin (about 6 pounds)
Fingerling Potatoes, 3 pounds, halved
8 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 yellow onions, quartered
1/2 cup to 1 cup water
Kinder’s Garlic and Herb with Butter and Sea Salt
Olive oil
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
Place pork loin on baking dish pan, season liberally with Garlic and Herb with Butter and Sea Salt
Step 3
Arrange vegetables around pork loin and drizzle with olive oil
Step 4
Add water to dish
Step 5
Bake until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, about 1 hour
