1 whole chicken (about 4 pounds)
1 can lager beer
3 tablespoons Kinder’s Butcher’s All Purpose Seasonings
Step 1
Coat chicken with Butcher’s All Purpose Seasoning
Step 2
Empty ½ can of beer
Step 3
Place chicken, cavity side down, on beer can
Step 4
Preheat grill to medium high heat (400-425 degrees), set up for 2 zones with indirect cooking.
Step 5
Place chicken on grill pan over indirect heat.
Step 6
Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
Step 7
Let chicken cool for 10 minutes before removing from beer can (it will be hot!)
Step 8
Serve with your favorite sides, and enjoy!
