Butcher’s All Purpose Beer Can Chicken


1 whole chicken (about 4 lb)

1 can lager beer

3 Tbsp Kinder’s Butcher’s All Purpose Seasonings

  1. Coat chicken with Butcher’s All Purpose Seasoning
  2. Empty ½ can of beer
  3. Place chicken, cavity side down, on beer can
  4. Preheat grill to medium high heat (400-425°F), set up for 2 zones with indirect cooking.
  5. Place chicken on grill pan over indirect heat.
  6. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F
  7. Let chicken cool for 10 minutes before removing from beer can (it will be hot!)
  8. Serve with your favorite sides, and enjoy!
