Brown Sugar Bacon BLT


8 slices apple-wood smoked bacon or your favorite thick cut bacon

4 slices of sourdough bread, or preferred bread

2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar Rub

1 head of green leaf lettuce

1 tomato, sliced

1 Tbsp. BBQ Ranch or mayonnaise


Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Step 2

Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Step 3

Place a large cooling rack on foil lined baking sheet.

Step 4

Arrange bacon slices in single layer on rack.

Step 5

Coat evenly to one side of bacon with Brown Sugar Rub.

Step 6

Bake until bacon is crisp, about 20-25 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain and set aside.

Step 7

Toast bread until golden brown.

Step 8

Place lettuce and tomato on one side of toast.

Step 9

Layer bacon generously over veggies.

Step 10

Spread BBQ Ranch or mayonnaise on top piece of toast, assemble and enjoy!
