Bourbon Peach Rubbed Bone-in Pork Chop


2 double bone-in pork chops

3 Tbsp Kinder’s Bourbon Peach Rub

2 Tbsp Cooking OIl

  1. Season both sides of pork chops with bourbon peach rub.
  2. Warm up grill and allow pork to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Coat pork evenly with oil.
  4. Grill evenly on both sides, not over direct heat, and allow to lightly char.
  5. Flip ½ way through and cook pork to internal temperature of 140°F.
