Bourbon Peach Rubbed Bone-in Pork Chop


2 double bone-in pork chops

3 tablespoons Kinder’s Bourbon Peach Rub

2 tablespoons Cooking OIl


Step 1

Season both sides of pork chops with bourbon peach rub.

Step 2

Warm up grill and allow pork to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Step 3

Coat pork evenly with oil.

Step 4

Grill evenly on both sides, not over direct heat, and allow to lightly char.

Step 5

Flip ½ way through and cook pork to internal temperature of 140F.
