8 large boneless chicken wings
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1 tbsp. Mild BBQ Rub
1/2 cup Spicy Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Mild BBQ Rub. Add oil and mix thoroughly until combined.
Step 3
Place chicken thigh on cutting board and unroll into a filet shape.
Step 4
Trim any fat from thigh then cut thigh into 3 pieces, lengthwise. Repeat with remaining thighs.
Step 5
Place thighs into breadcrumb mixture and coat evenly on all sides.
Step 6
Place thighs onto a foil-lined greased baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Step 8
Serve with BBQ Sauce and Enjoy.
