Boneless Chicken Wings

Ingredients

8 large boneless chicken wings

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

1 ½ Cups breadcrumbs

1 Tbsp Mild BBQ Rub

½ Cup Organic Spicy Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Mild BBQ Rub. Add oil and mix thoroughly until combined.
  3. Place chicken thigh on cutting board and unroll into a filet shape.
  4. Trim any fat from thigh then cut thigh into 3 pieces, lengthwise. Repeat with remaining thighs.
  5. Place thighs into breadcrumb mixture and coat evenly on all sides.
  6. Place thighs onto a foil-lined greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Serve with BBQ Sauce and Enjoy.
