Black Cherry Chipotle Grilled Spatchcocked Chicken


1 whole chicken

2 tablespoons cooking oil

4 tablespoons Kinder’s Black Cherry Chipotle Rub

  1. Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. 
  2. Rub oil over entire surface of chicken and follow with Kinder’s Black Cherry Chipotle Rub, seasoning both sides evenly.  
  3. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  
  4. Place on grill skin side down and allow to cook for 5-7 minutes, rotate, and follow suit.  
  5. Flip when skin is nicely caramelized and rendered. Cook until internal temperature of 165F is reached.
