Beef Taco Wedge Salad


1 lb ground beef

2-3 tbsp Kinder’s The Taco Blend Seasoning

1 head of iceberg lettuce

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup sour cream

1 cup pico de gallo

1 lime, wedged (optional)

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)

hot sauce (optional)


Step 1

Heat a large skillet on medium high heat. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, approximately 5-7 minutes, stirring often.

Step 2

Add Kinder’s The Taco Blend Seasoning and stir, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Cut the iceberg head of lettuce into quarters, removing any discolored leaves. Wash the lettuce and set aside on paper towels to remove excess water.

Step 4

Place lettuce wedges onto plates and layer taco meat, cheese and pico de gallo evenly. Top with any other of your favorite taco toppings and enjoy!
