Beef Chili with Bone Broth


1 yellow onion, diced

1 lb. cubed beef chuck

1 6 oz. can tomato paste

1 cup Bare Bones Beef Bone Broth

1 Tablespoon Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Rub

1 can black beans, drained

1 tsp. chili powder (optional)

¼ cup diced chiles (optional)


Step 1

In a large pot, saute onions to soften.

Step 2

Separately, combine tomato paste and bone broth, add to onions.

Step 3

Add cubed beef chuck and 1 Tablespoon of Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Rub to the pot; (optional to add chili powder and diced chile at this time)

Step 4

Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Step 5

Add black beans and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes.

Step 6

Enjoy hot with your favorite toppings.
