Beef Chili with Bone Broth


1 yellow onion, diced

1 lb cubed beef chuck

1 (6 oz) can tomato paste

1 Cup Bare Bones Beef Bone Broth

1 Tbsp Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Rub

1 can black beans, drained

1 tsp chili powder (optional)

¼ Cup diced chiles (optional)

  1. In a large pot, saute onions to soften.
  2. Separately, combine tomato paste and bone broth, add to onions.
  3. Add cubed beef chuck and Kinder’s Woodfired Garlic Rub to the pot (optional to add chili powder and diced chile at this time).
  4. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Add black beans and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes.
  6. Enjoy hot with your favorite toppings.
