BBQ Chicken Cheese Dip


2 Cups chopped chicken

1/2 Cup Mild BBQ Sauce

1 Tbsp. Woodfired Garlic Rub

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese softened

1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 Cup shredded pepper jack cheese

2 green onions, chopped

1 Cup fire roasted corn

1 Cup black beans

1 jalapeño, chopped finely

1 small red onion, chopped

2 Tbsp cilantro for garnish

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese, Mild BBQ Sauce, and Woodfired Garlic Rub until smooth.
  3. Stir in half of cheese. Then add corn, beans, green onions, jalapeño, and chicken and mix together until blended.
  4. Transfer to greased 1 1/2 qt casserole dish or cast iron skillet.
  5. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Top with red onion, cilantro and drizzle with Mild BBQ Sauce. Serve and Enjoy!
