3 each chicken breast, pounded 3/4″ thick
2 tbsp. of olive oil
6 pieces, thick cut bacon, cooked and cut into 3 pieces each
1 package of pre-sliced white cheddar cheese quarters
1 jar dill pickle slices
1 package of sweet rolls, 16 pack
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl toss the chicken with the olive oil and season to taste with Cali Blackened Rub.
Step 3
Place on a non-stick or foil lined baking sheet.
Step 4
Place in the oven for 20 minutes, remove and brush generously with the BBQ Sauce.
Step 5
Cook for 3-5 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 6
Remove and cut into 16 equal size squares approximately the size of the bun or slightly bigger.
Step 7
Put the pickle(s) on the bun base first, then the cheese, chicken and finish with the bacon. Place the top of the bun on and press gently. Serve Immediately. Enjoy!
