Baked Teriyaki Salmon


4 salmon fillets, about 6 oz. each

4 cups of assorted vegetables such as sliced red pepper, broccoli florets, snap peas and sliced carrots

Kinder’s Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce


Step 1

In a bowl or resealable bag place salmon and enough marinade to generously coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Step 3

Place salmon and vegetables on baking sheet.

Step 4

Drizzle additional Teriyaki sauce on vegetables, gently toss to coat.

Step 5

Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.

Step 6

Brush veggies and salmon with remaining sauce and serve.
