Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf with Roasted Garlic BBQ


1 ½ lb ground beef

3 eggs

1 Cup breadcrumbs

½ Cup whole milk

2 ½ Tbsp Kinder’s Butcher’s All Purpose Seasoning

1 package bacon, sliced

½ Cup Kinder’s Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce

  1. In a bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk.
  2. Place beef in a medium mixing bowl, season with Kinder’s Butcher’s All Purpose Seasoning, add eggs, and soaked bread crumbs.
  3. Kneed, utilizing hands and squeeze mixture until well combined.
  4. Form loaf shape, and refrigerate.
  5. Using parchment paper, layer bacon strips so they overlap by ¼, to form a “shingle” effect.
  6. Place loaf in center of bacon, utilizing the paper roll one side of bacon over loaf, then roll the loaf so that the seam is on the bottom.
  7. Place loaf on sheet tray and bake at 375°F for 40-45 minutes.
  8. Remove loaf when internal temperature reaches 150°F. Pour BBQ sauce and spread evenly over the loaf.
  9. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
  10. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
