Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf with Roasted Garlic BBQ


1.5lb ground beef

3 eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs

.5 cup whole milk

2.5 tablespoons Kinder’s Butcher’s All Purpose Seasoning

1 package bacon, sliced

.5 cup Kinder’s Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce


Step 1

Soak breadcrumbs in milk, season beef with Butchers All Purpose and add in eggs and soaked breadcrumbs.

Step 2

Utilizing hands kneed and squeeze mixture until well combined.

Step 3

Form loaf shape, and refrigerate.

Step 4

Using parchment paper, layer bacon strips so that overlap by ¼, to form a “shingle” effect.

Step 5

Place loaf in center of bacon, utilizing paper roll one side of bacon over loaf, then roll the loaf so that the seam is on the bottom.

Step 6

Place loaf on sheet tray and bake at 375F for 40-45 minutes.

Step 7

Loaf should have an internal temperature of 150F. Pour BBQ sauce over and spread evenly to cover loaf.

Step 8

Bake an additional 5-10 minutes.

Step 9

Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
