1 tsp. Kinder’s Mediterranean Seasoning
8 slices of multigrain sliced sandwich bread
12 slices of thick cut bacon
8 slices of mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a large cooling rack on the baking sheet. Arrange bacon slices in single layer on rack.
Step 3
Bake until bacon is crisp, about 20-25 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain and set aside.
Step 4
Apply the butter to one side of each piece of bread. Heat a skillet on medium heat and set bottom pieces of bread butter-side down.
Step 5
Layer cheese, bacon and tomato on the bread. Sprinkle the tomatoes with the Kinder’s Mediterranean Seasoning and add another layer of cheese. Top with the other pieces of bread, butter-side up.
Step 6
With a spatula, peak at the bottom layer of the bread and flip over when the bottom begins to brown.
Step 7
Remove from skillet, once both sides of the bread are browned and the cheese is melted. Cut in half and serve warm. Enjoy!
