VERY FRESH SMELL. I HAVE ONLY SPRINKLED IT ON PAN FRIED CHICKEN BREAST . IT GAVE OUR NEXT CHICKEN SANDWICHES EXCELLENT FLAVOR.MY WIFE USED SOME OF THE SANTA MARIA RUB INFUSED DICED CHICKEN BREAST FOR HER CHICKEN ENCHILDAS AND THOSE GOT EVEN BETTER(THIS WOMEN IS FROM JALISCO,MEXICO SHE CAN COOK!). It’s just a all-round good flavor. Just the right amount of spic to flavor I used it on TRI tip and it was great. Just with they made bigger containers. It dose not lase long.

Love this product. I have used it on beef, pork and chicken and it is great on all of it. Fantastic rub for smoking beef.
