Let’s face it, chicken is boring – it needs seasoning to taste good! When I first opened the jar, I was skeptical about the powdery looking seasoning. I rubbed a whole chicken, inside & out and left it to marinade in the fridge for 4 hours. Baked it in the oven for dinner and it was actually really tasty. I couldn’t taste any specific herbs and the garlic didn’t dominate – the combination was really good. I’d recommend giving it a try!

Chicken is a blank canvas that can take on so many different flavor profiles, but sometime you just want to taste the actual, you know, chicken. As a Kinder’s employee I get the opportunity to taste many different seasoning and rubs and was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this blend. It reminded me of Mom’s oven-roasted chicken, it is flavorful, but not overpowering and really let the chicken be the star of the show.
