When we started to think about Mediterranean food, we wanted to create something that had the amazing taste of fresh herbs and garlic that Mediterranean is known for…not those dusty jars of herbs we’ve had in our cabinet for years. So we started with a base of rich chopped garlic, added our special blend of fresh herbs, and finished it off with lemon juice and real hardwood smoke flavor to give it the taste of food fresh out of a woodfired oven. The result is one of the most versatile seasonings we think we have ever created.
