When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

How do you get my consent?

SECTION 4 – WooCommerce

Our eCommerce store is hosted on A WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Our site uses plugins, and is updated regularly. For an up to date list of all plugins used, and data collected and used by the plugins on our website, please contact us at info@kinders.com. In general, kinders.com is built to minimize the amount of personal data we collect, store and share.  

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WooCommerce shares information with a payment provider to process payment including: name, email, address, phone, city/state/zip, unique payment identifier, payment provider identifier. SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Google analytics: Our store may use Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at.

We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not. woocommerce_cart_hash duration: session, purpose: Helps WooCommerce determine when cart contents/data changes. woocommerce_items_in_cart duration: session, purpose: Helps WooCommerce determine when cart contents/data changes. wp_woocommerce_session_ diration: 2 days, purpose: Contains a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer. woocommerce_recently_viewed duratoin: session, purpose: Powers the Recent Viewed Products widget. store_notice[notice id] duration: session, purpose: Allows customers to dismiss the Store Notice.
