Where can I purchase Kinder's products?

To find Kinder's products near you, consult our Product Locator. You can also order Kinder's products through this website.

If your local retailers don't currently carry Kinder's products, please let them know about us. Retailers are encouraged to contact Kinder's for more information about offering our products in their stores.

What is your shipping & return policy?

All orders ship via UPS Ground as the shipping method within the continental US. Orders will usually ship within 1 to 3 business days of when the order is placed. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do not currently ship on weekends or holidays. If there are any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at (925) 939-7242 for immediate assistance or via e-mail at orders@kinders.com.. We will work with you to replace, refund or find the best solution to your issue. 

What is your privacy policy?

Kinder's respects the privacy of our customers and never share personal information. 

What is the shelf life on Kinder's products? 

Most of our unopened products have a 2-year shelf life. It is best to follow the "Best By''; dates on the products.

What's the best way to store Kinder's products?

After opening BBQ sauce, you should always store it in the refrigerator to maintain the flavor and freshness. After opening seasonings, we recommend storing away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to ship products outside the United States.

Do Kinder's products contain high fructose corn syrup?

No, all Kinder’s BBQ Sauces and Marinades contain natural sweeteners, with no high fructose corn syrup. 

What is allulose?

Allulose is a plant-based all natural sweetener.

What's the best way to store Kinder's products?

After opening BBQ sauce, you should always store it in the refrigerator to maintain the flavor and freshness. After opening seasonings, we recommend storing away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight. 

Are Kinder's poducts gluten free?

Many Kinder's products do not include gluten. However, our facilities produce other products that may use gluten ingredients. So please check labels; if you need to avoid gluten, choose those Kinder’s products that are clearly marked as Gluten Free. 

Are Kinder's products Kosher? 

Many of our seasonings are kosher, but please check the label to confirm. 

Do Kinder's products contain MSG?

No, we do not put added MSG in any of our products. 

Do Kinder's products contain allergens?

Many of our products, with a few exceptions, are free of common allergies. Please check the label for details. 

Are Kinder's products Keto friendly?

Many of our products do not contain added sugar, and can be great for anyone following a keto diet. Some examples include: Mild BBQ Rub, Spicy Garlic Rub, Woodfired Garlic Rub, Buttery Steakhouse, and The Blend (both conventional and organic). 

Are Kinder's products non-GMO? 

All of our organic products are non-GMO.

Do Kinder's products contain caramel color? 

Our conventional BBQ sauces do contain caramel while our organic BBQ sauces do not.
